About Me
The Full Story
I didn’t plan to start baking.
It actually began on a random bored afternoon when I decided to try making pasta.
The sauce was a total fail! Tasted good, looked wrong, but I tried it again the next time, and when I finally got it right, that tiny win did something to me. It gave me a little confidence, a little push.
Then came the cookies… my current obsession and everyone’s favorite thing I make.
They turned out so good that people kept asking for them again and again.
I experimented with different chocolates, different textures, different versions, and baking slowly became “my thing.”
After that, I just started making whatever I could from ingredients lying around the house.
Simple bakes, quick treats, little experiments… and somewhere in those moments, I realized something important:
When I bake, my mind finally feels calm.
My OCD thoughts go quiet.
I feel happy, present, steady.
Baking became my small escape; my break from a constantly thinking mind.
Solette Bakery is that space for me.
A soft, slow corner where I can create, breathe, and feel calm, and now I want to share that comfort with you through simple, peaceful recipes.
